The Strawberry villa is a brand new single floor villa, just 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, shops and restaurants of the relaxed beachfront community of St. George South. Set in its own gated walled garden, with private parking, the villa has 3 double bedrooms, a family bathroom and en-suite shower room. The living area is spacious and airy, and the open plan kitchen/dining area is well equipped - with open and covered terraces for outside dining, plus a decked pergola area in the garden. The property is comfortably furnished and equipped to ensure that guests have a complete 'home from home' in the sun. Just one minute away is a swimming pool belonging to a small development, and guest are welcome to use this pool and its facilities if they feel like a change from the beach.
This is a holiday villa of the highest quality, and has the great advantage that there is no need to worry about car rental - everything is to hand within walking distance.
