Riza Stone Cottage is located in a beautiful but little-known part of Corfu, nestled in an olive grove, in a peaceful corner, near the small green-clad mountain village of Vatos.

It is built in 4 stremmas of land and located 14 km west of Corfu town and about 3 km from Myrtiotissa nudist beach, Glyfada and Ermones beaches.

It is an eco-sensitive construction using local stone and timber, with natural agricultural gardens, healthy spring water and delightful simple decoration.

In combination with a friendly welcome, the local grown agricultural food in its own gardens and the spectacular countryside for the traveller to explore, is another option for alternative holidays all year round.

This impressive villa, which offers a perfect escape, is constructed in both stone and brick, has a patio shaded by olive trees and is nestled on a hillock full of oak trees, holm-oaks, lentisks, wild flowers and herbs.

Riza Stone Cottage is a maisonette style freestanding villa ideal for lazy nature lovers, families and escapers.

It consists of:

Ground floor with an open plan sitting area combined with fully equipped kitchen/dining and separated WC with lavabo. Internal wooden stairs lead to the upper floor, which consists of one double-bedded room and one bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed (which can be converted to two singles or one double bed), a large bathroom and a small store room.

Both bedrooms have large windows with an amazing view to the Ropa Valley.

Air-conditioning in both bedrooms, central heating for the whole house, fireplace, TV set and CD player in the sitting area, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, hammock, stoned BBQ corner, outdoor stoned oven, outdoor sitting/dining area under the shadow of the trees, parking area and of course, gardens with flowers and seasonal naturally grown vegetables and fruits for the guests to consume and, why not, cultivate if they wish.

Everything from the interior design to the external architecture and gardens, are in complete harmony with Corfu's environment.

Cleaning 1-2 times a week.
