The villa is situated in the north east of Corfu, in Kassiopi, about 2,5kms from the centre of cosmopolitan and tourist Kassiopi. In the centre of Kassiopi you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, bars and some of the most famous beach bars of the island.

Villa Lefki Thea located on the northeast coast of Corfu and surrounded by olive groves and forests, the beautiful village of Agios Stefanos offers fabulous picture postcard views. With 2 cocktail bars and several tavernas, together with a couple of supermarkets, a tourist shop, and boat hire, there is something for everyone.This little fishing village has now become a very popular 'up market' resort with many stylish holiday villas.

Avlaki is a five-minute drive from Kassiopi and Agios Stefanos. Here youʼll find a long, white-pebbled beach with clear water, ideal for swimming. A small sailing school and water sports centre is open in peak season and a selection of tavernas and cafes serve local cuisine. At places such as Kaminaki, Nissaki, Kalami and Kerasia there are waterside tavernas where lunches are always leisurely, dinners are always romantic, and children are always welcome.

If a reservation is cancelled:

  • 21 or 7 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor-client, 50% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
  • 7 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor-client, the total amount of the stay is charged.
  • No - show of departure prior to the scheduled one result 100% of the entire booking.
