The three wonderful in modern design new built Villas are located about 1km from Barbati pebble beach and 1,3km from Ipsos beach, just directly over the crystal water in 3 levels. First level is located the villa 1 in about 100m from the very small private beach, after about 80m is the second level with the Villa 2 and in about 80m is the third level with the Villa 3, all set down from the main road with beautiful views across the sea to Corfu town. The all three Villas are equal furnished to a high standard, with ample space for al fresco dining on the large terraces with barbecue areas and each one with private pool. The only difference of each villa is the colours.

In total 4 bedrooms, 4 WC/baths, the 3x bedrooms in upstairs floor and 1x bedroom in downstairs floor and each one with private bathroom and balcony with wonderful panoramic sea views. Also very comfortable with modern design is the very the big livingroom – diningroom and the nearby separated full equipped kitchen faced all to the sea! Outside around the each villa there is a lot of space to sit and enjoy your privacy watching the nice colours of the sea and the coastline of Corfu maintown.

Area’s informations

The coastline of the north east is some of the most scenic in Corfu, with the rich greenery of the hills and the sparkling blue waters of the sea. The road from Corfu, is dotted with pretty villages almost clinging to the coastline. The whole area is perfect for those wanting a relaxing break, but there is also enough nightlife to keep you entertained after the sun has set. Tavernas and watersports are available along the pebble beach (1km away) which make it popular among locals and travellers alike.
