The luxury beach front Villas Barbati 1 and Barbati 2 are newly built on 2008, the first is 3 bedroom villa and nearby the also 3bedroom villa.

The two floors luxury beach front villa Barbati 1, consists of 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 persons:

On the first floor are the one double, one twin bedroom, 1x WC/shower and 2x balconies with wonderful sea view.
On the ground floor are the second double bedroom, WC/shower, living room-kitchen and veranda with nice sea view.
All the rooms have air conditioning. A Sat-TV is only in the livingroom, on request we provide a sat - internet connection.
From the garden you reach direct the pebble wonderful Barbati beach, where you can find the most kinds of water sports and motor-boat Rentals.
At the back side of the villa (main entrance) there is your safe parking place, the gate to the property is opening with remote control.

Note: In case that the 2 villas be rented to difference families or groups, the pool and the BBQ is sharing with the 2 villas, but each villa has own private garden !

On the first floor are the one double bedroom, 1x WC/shower, balcony with wonderful sea view and the third bedroom, which has one bunk bed for 2 persons and another bed,
which can be modified in 2 single normal size beds, the third bedroom has not own balcony, but has all the front and back walls made from glass opening-windows with nice view,
On the ground floor are, the second double bedroom, WC/shower, living room-kitchen and veranda with nice sea view. All the rooms have air conditioning.
A Sat-TV is only in the livingroom, on request we provide a sat - internet connection.
