Villa Privilege is situated 9 Km from the centre of Corfu Town. It was built in 2003 and it occupies an enviable position on a fully green hillside next to the traditional Danillia settlement. Offering a panoramic view of the Corfu town, the property is surrounded by 12 acres full of grass. It is approached by a private road sweeping up to the garage and then steps leading to the swimming pool 12mx7m and the tennis court.

You can definitely enjoy the absolute peace and relax on the terraces. The house has been excellently furnished throughout.

GROUND FLOOR: 2 garages, extensive living-dining room 15m2, fitted kitchen, a home cinema room 40m2 with a video projector, leather armchairs and a cinema THX ULTRA 2 system.

A gym with a runway, bicycle, a rowing machine and weights. A place to rest and a bathroom with hydro massage, aromatotherapy and colour therapy.

STAIR TO THE FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom 36m2 with a bathroom 20m2. The bathroom has got a Jacuzzi as well. 1 twin bedroom 20m2 with en suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom 22m2. All bedrooms face balconies.

A living room 100m2 with a 41’ plasma TV and Dolby Prologic system, vcr, dvd, radio, cd and a fireplace.

The Kitchen with all the electric appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc.

SECOND FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms 36m2 with en suite bathrooms. Each room consists of a 21’ TV set – vcr – sat1 – sat2 – tuner – air conditioning – ISDN and proportional for Internet.

There is also a security system with 8 cameras which controls the whole property from the TVs.
